A blade that fails in the field costs more than the blade. Our quality system is built around catching deviation before packing, not after shipping.
Hardness, dimensional and visual checks run on our own bench — not outsourced, and the readings are recorded against the batch.
Steel grade certificates retained per incoming lot, linked through to finished batch records.
Hardness, dimensional and visual inspection results recorded per batch and available with shipment.
We hold no third-party quality certification at present, and we list none. If your market requires a specific standard or approval, raise it in the enquiry — we will confirm in writing whether we can meet it, and say so plainly if we cannot.
Steel grade, thickness and surface condition verified against the material certificate.
Blanking dimensions, heat-treatment parameters and hardness window monitored during production.
Finished parts checked for hardness, dimensions, balance, edge condition and coating.
Packing quantity, labelling and packaging integrity confirmed before container loading.
| Check | Method | Target | Frequency |
|---|---|---|---|
| Hardness | Rockwell hardness tester | 45–50 HRC | Per batch, sampled |
| Material grade | Mill certificate + verification | 65Mn / as specified | Per incoming lot |
| Length & hole position | Calipers / gauges / CMM | Per drawing tolerance | Per batch, sampled |
| Thickness | Micrometer | ± drawing tolerance | Per batch, sampled |
| Balance | Balancing equipment | Within accepted limit | Rotary blades, sampled |
| Edge condition | Visual + grind check | No burr, consistent edge | Per batch |
| Coating / finish | Visual + adhesion check | Uniform, corrosion protected | Per batch |
| Decarburisation | Metallographic check | ≤ 0.1 mm | Periodic / on request |
Not at present. We hold no third-party quality certification, and we would rather state that plainly than publish a certificate we cannot produce on request. What we do provide with every shipment: mill certificates for the steel used, batch hardness records held to the 45–50 HRC window, and dimensional inspection reports.
Hardness is sampled and recorded per production batch and held within the 45–50 HRC target window. Batch records can be supplied with shipment.
Yes. Material certificates for the steel used, along with batch inspection reports, are available on request.
Non-conforming batches are quarantined and reworked or scrapped before packing. Corrective action records are kept against the batch under our documented procedure.
